The PAZ Community Grows!

Recently, a number of PAZ missionaries have joined the ranks of “Web Newsmakers” with PAZ and have set up their own blogs. These blogs (websites) have been added to our Missionary News, where you can see the latest on what’s happening from the perspective of various missionaries. The missionaries below join an already impressive list of missionaries serving with Project AmaZon that post their personal stories, pictures, news and experiences on their blogs. Just look at the new blogs recently created:
- The Trezise Family Weblog
- Brazil - Edson and Kelly Lee
- God’s Amazing Grace in Japan
Ken and Leslie Trezise, missionaries with PAZ since December 2005, coordinate the Health Ministries in Castanhal, a region not very far from the mouth of the Amazon river with around 3,000 communities that have no evangelical church. They have four children: Weston, Abigail, Lila and Megan who, along with the great task of their ministries, keep their parents very busy.
Edson and Kelly Lee were both single missionaries with PAZ who met and married on the mission field and now serve together in the area of health ministries in Santarém - PAZ’s Brazilian headquarters. They are a key couple in PAZ’s health ministries, opening doors for PAZ church planters to reach difficult communities.
Tim and Christine Huber are longtime, fruitful missionaries who lead PAZ’s ministry in Japan. Tim is a part of the Melvin Huber family, who moved to Brazil as missionaries over 50 years ago and began Project AmaZon in the late 70s (read more about PAZ’s history). They were eventually sent out from their Brazilian church as missionaries to Japan.
