Pablo & Colleen Fast

Pablo and Colleen Fast live in Lábrea, in the Brazilian state of Amazonas.  They have been members of Project AmaZon since September, 1990 and are also Mennonite Mission Network associates.

Pablo is the son of Wycliffe missionaries and grew up in Peruvian Amazon. Colleen, a pastor´s daughter, grew up in Middle America. They met at Hesston College in Kansas. They are members of Trinity Church in Morton, Illinois.

Prior to joining the mission, Pablo and Colleen lived in Peoria, where Pablo worked as a nurse at Zeller Mental Health Center with the state of Illinois and Colleen taught private voice and piano lessons.

Their daughter, Natasha and her husband, Nick Hayden, live in Kendallville, Indiana with their three children, Fyodor, Serenity and Mercy.

Pablo and Colleen have been pastoring the Paz Church in Lábrea since 2011 and are overseeing the efforts of dedicated Paz volunteers to plant churches on the Purus river.
