Parintins

Line Boat Recently our health team visited the PAZ base in the city of Parintins, state of Amazonas. We travelled 17 ½ hours by line boat on the Amazon River. Ribanceira Trip

The first weeklong trip of February was to Ribanceira.  It is an 8 hour trip down the Amazon  to get there and 12 hours upriver to get back.  This time we stayed the whole week in the same community and people from neighboring villages come for the consultations.
