Q: What does "PAZ" mean?
A: The acronym “PAZ” comes from the words “Project AmaZon” and is used as a shorter, interchangeable name for the mission, “Project AmaZon.” In Portuguese, the word paz means “Peace,” giving the acronym “PAZ” this additional meaning.

We do as much as we can to give you every assurance that we are making the most of every cent received to spread the Gospel.

A: Contact Us for more information on our giving options for Canadians.
Q: When I click to see all the PAZ missionaries and/or slideshows, nothing appears to happen. What’s wrong?
A: There could be two problems. Our missionary page as well as our slideshows use web technology not available in early versions of web browsers. First, make sure you have the most recent version of your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari). Secondly, make sure to give your browser enough time to download all the information (especially if you have a slower internet connection).
Q: I want to report a problem with the website. How can I do that?
Q: I would like to use some of the images on your site. May I?
A: Please contact us about using our copyrighted material and include what you want to use, why you want to use it and how you plan on using it.
Q: How do I watch your videos on your website?
A: Wait for the picture of the video to appear in your browser, then simply press the large Play Button in the middle of the video. Depending on your internet connection, you will need to wait a little for your video to start playing. You can adjust the volume and play position of the video.
Q: How do I download the higher quality version of your videos?
A: Under each video is a link to download a higher quality version of that video. Simply right-click the link and choose “Save Linked File” or “Save Link As . . .” and choose where to save the video on your computer. Then use Quicktime, iTunes or any other capable video player to watch your video.
Q: I downloaded the videos, but can’t play them. What do I need to do to play them?
A: The videos are saved as .m4v files. To view them, you can download Quicktime or iTunes for free. Either one of these programs will play the videos. Popcorn is also a nice addition to our movies, but not necessary.
Q: Who is responsible for this website and who all has contributed?
